By creating Content through Investars YOU, you are agreeing to take full responsibility for its maintenance and accuracy. By creating Content, you are representing that all of the information that you provide to the site is complete and accurate. You can update your Content according to your methodology and at your discretion. You agree be transparent with our users in terms of how you do so. Investars will claim no intellectual property rights in your Content. Investars owns all applicable intellectual property rights in the Indices that Investars creates incorporating third-party Content, except to the extent that such rights may encompass any intellectual property right of any Content provider or other third party.

You will be asked to select the fee that Investars YOU users will pay for the use of your Content. The fee is a percentage of the total amount an investor is investing, valued in YOU Points. You can choose to provide your Content for free as well. If you choose to charge a fee, then Investars will collect the fees on your behalf through the Investars YOU website and forward them to you on a monthly basis within thirty days after the end of each month. You (or your firm) is responsible for following all laws and regulations with regard to your receipt of these payments.

Investars reserves the right to remove Content from the system in instances including but not limited to the following: the My Profile page is not filled out completely; the Content provider intentionally or unintentionally provides false information, or uses information that he or she is not legally entitled to use; and/or the Content provider fails to maintain the Content.

Investars will use all legal means available to prosecute and deter fraud by Content providers or others in connection with this site. Investars reserves the right to disclose to legal authorities any and all information that you submit to this site.
